Background
RTE Publishing and DRG approached Vidappt for the design of the RTE NewsNow iPad Application.
RTE wished to produce an iPad Application for their 24 hour news service that would provide daily news content, audio clips, media podcasts and live streaming of their NewsNow broadcasting service.
Solution
Vidappt got the chance to be involved right from the start, laying the groundwork, and crafting the visual mechanics that ultimately defined the experience of the final product. Our job was to create something that was simple and easy to use —that provided for an intuitive interface for the complex delivery of media content.
Articles, media, interactive pieces are dynamically aggregated and curated by editors (who add abstracts, highlights, and milestones) to provide complete coverage.
